Most cups of coffee I am served elsewhere are lousy, I mean really lousy. They have been made with over roasted beans or incorrectly ground beans, the milk has been scorched, or the so called “barista” has their pressures all messed up, and the group head would have been better used to drain oil than funnel coffee, it is that polluted. All of this often results in cups of everything from hot brown water, a layer of solid milk that needs to be peeled off the top, or granulated, foamy sludge.
How often do we complain directly to the barista though? Not very often, in reality who’s going to make a huge fuss over a couple of bucks when it is easier to just walk away and never return. So what’s my point to all this “bad coffee talk”.

This should save you from having to ever drink sludge again. O.k., we might get a frew ‘freeloaders’, but my point is that I believe that our coffee is THAT GOOD, that you will be coming back again and again.
